Police appeal for help finding escaped 68-year-old prisoner missing from HMP North Sea Camp

Police have launched an appeal to find an escaped inmate from an open prison after he went missing on Wednesday.

Lincolnshire Police issued a public appeal to locate 68-year-old Stephen Grimes, who escaped from HMP North Sea Camp near Boston.

Grimes, who is serving a sentence for multiple burglaries, was last seen at 8.30pm on Wednesday (July 31).

Described as 5ft 7in tall with a slight build, blue eyes, and grey hair, he has notable tattoos on his left arm.

He may be wearing a brown leather jacket.
