A former Kawasaki motorcycle showroom has been put up for lease in Grantham.
The former Chris Walker Kawasaki site on Harlaxton Road has been put on the market by Savills, on behalf of Grantham Estates.
The site features a detached single-storey showroom covering 7,118 sq ft (661 sq m). The property is suitable for a variety of different uses subject to planning permission. It is available to let on flexible lease terms from a starting rent of £46,000 per annum.
