Grantham infant school receives ‘outstanding’ church report
Harrowby Church of England Infant School has received an ‘outstanding’ report following a church schools’ inspection.
The report says pupils progress very well and achievement is good to outstanding. Pupils are valued as unique individuals with excellent support given to ensure positive outcomes. It says RE is well planned and this, together with good and outstanding teaching, allows pupils to make excellent progress and achieve to a high level.
Headteacher Mrs Kay Sutherland said: “Our report is truly a reflection of the flourishing community here at Harrowby with hard working, committed staff, children and parents who all work together well and a strongly supportive PTFA who work tirelessly for the benefit of all... a really excellent/outstanding report to receive this Christmas!”
