Manthorpe, S23/0952: Mr Richard Allen – Replacement of the old driveway gate to new electric sliding gate at 31 Low Road.

Swinstead, S23/1474: The Parochial Parish Council Of St Mary – Installation of new metal roof covering (following theft of lead covering) at St Mary’s Church, Creeton Road.

Grantham, S23/1665: Mr and Mrs R Bowen – Single storey rear and side extension at 20 Hunt Lea Avenue.

Ropsley, S23/1680: Mrs Eveling – T1 - Deadwood western red cedar in front garden. Thoroughly remove any dead wood. T2 - Trim holly in rear garden back to spherical shape. T3 - Trim yew in rear garden back to where it was done previously at 23 High Street.

Prune large red bud shrub / small tree in front garden (marked 2 on plan) (unsure if this is classified as tree or not) several large branches have split so may need to be cut back quite hard). Trim trees (Rowan?) by boundary to Witham lodge (marked 3 on plan) (neighbour intends to reduce height or remove overhanging conifer so may need to trim other trees to allow access) at Bradfield House, Low Road.

South Witham, S23/1691: Taylor – Remove left hand stem (southerly) and stem over pond of Cherry-Plum (T1), reduce remaining crown height by 4m and spread by up to 1.5m. Reduce spread of Maple (T2) growing towards roof by up to 1m at 17 Church Street.

Witham on the Hill, S23/1692: Pohling Brown – Remove part-dead Spruce tree (T1) to just above ground level at The Pillared Cottage, Main Street.

Grantham, S23/1694: Mr Simon Fletcher – Retrospective planning application for a covered walkway between the side of the property and the existing fence - wooden frame with clear poly carbon roof panels at 12 Hadleigh Close.

Horbling, S23/1721: Mr Casswell – Silver Birch (T1) - Reduce crown in height by 3-3.5m and sides by 1.5m to reduce sail of crown. Tree is in close proximity to the neighbour's shed, to which it is leaning over at 1 Church Lane.

Grantham, S23/1727: Paloma Capital – Retrospective planning application for open storage (Use Class B8) at land to the north of Autumn Park Industrial Estate, Dysart Road.

Grantham, S23/1811: Mr Mark Howard – Carry out various pruning works to protected trees T1 horse chestnut, T2 horse chestnut, T3 horse chestnut, T4 pine and T5 holly at the Shirley Croft Grange as described in the application form at Shirley Croft Grange, Harrowby Road.
