Pub and hotel near Grantham changes ownership

The Tollemache Arms in Buckminster has changed hands.

Chartered Surveyor firm Fleurets has sold the leasehold interest in the building which originates from the 19th century.

The new owners are Andrew and Tracy Stirzaker, who have worked together for 30 years in fine dining restaurants, hotels, country inns and golf clubs, the most recent being Stoke Rochford Golf Club.

Andrew and Tracy said: “Fleurets have worked great for us during these challenging times and have been there to advise us along the way whenever needed.

"We are confident about the future and hope to recreate what we achieved at the Woodman Inn and make The Tollemache Arms at Buckminster a lovely warm, inviting country Inn that provides great food with high professional service and standards.”
