Two-vehicle crash on A52 at Somerby Hill near Grantham

A road is closed following a two-vehicle crash.

The A52 at Somerby Hill, near Grantham, remains closed following a two-vehicle crash just before 1pm today (Sunday).

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue and Lincolnshire Police were called to the incident where one person was recovered from an overturned vehicle.

Firefighters had to use cutting equipment to get the casualty out of the vehicle.

Traffic is still queuing while the road remains closed, the AA reports.
