Bottesford and District Angling Association staged their third match of the season on Sunday for the Norman Chenoweth Memorial Shield Open on the Grantham Canal.

The twin bridge and carp stretch sections were used by the 16 anglers competing in this match.

A chilly start was followed by a lovely warm sunny day which put the resident fish into a feeding mood with good weights recorded throughout.
