Witnesses sought after serious stabbing on Shelly Drive in Lincoln

Police are seeking witnesses after a man was seriously injured in a stabbing on Saturday morning.

Emergency services responded to the scene on Shelly Drive, Lincoln, at 3.20am, where they discovered a 20-year-old man with severe injuries consistent with a knife attack.

The victim, described as white, 5 foot 7 inches tall, with short brown hair and clean-shaven, was last seen between 5pm and 6pm on September 6 riding a light blue Carrera bike on Monks Road near the Tower estate.

He was wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a light grey long-sleeved hoodie.

Police urge anyone who saw the man or any suspicious activity between Monks Road and St Giles estate to come forward.
