The cause is believed to be due to a build up of heat to towels in tumble dryer.

A few minutes after this incident was reported officers were also called to a scrubland fire in Belton Park Road, Skegness.

Officers from Wainfleet attended the incident, which had been extinguished by a local resident using a bucket of water.
