Spalding area property expert launches new estate agents in South Holland
A new estate agents with a different approach to business has begun to help South Holland property owners to sell up.
The Agent, which is a not-on-the-high-street agency, has brought Spalding based property expert Bernard Snowden on board with a view to listing properties in the area.
Bernard, who has been working within the profession for more than 25 years, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with him to the role.
He said: “The big difference for us is that we will be honest and we will back up that honesty with great service.

but they felt they wouldn’t have the time to redecorate, let’s speak to the vendor and see if they’d give the rooms a lick of paint and work on an offer.
“It’s all about honesty and our target is to list and sell properties at the right price.”
