Holbeach's Spalding Road will be closed for 10 days

Traffic chaos is expected around Holbeach next week when one of the major roads will be closed for more than a week.
Spalding Road will be shut to traffic for 10 days while a sewer is laid for a new housing estate.
Stagecoach has warned that this will affect the popular 505 bus service.

A statement says: "It affects service 505 which will be unable to run through Holbeach town centre. It will divert down the A17, onto A151 to Whaplode where it will resume its normal route.
"On the return journey from Spalding to Holbeach Co-op service 505 will divert from Whaplode, onto A151 and A17.
"During the diversion both Tesco bus stops will be served in both directions."
