Come Dine With Me: The Professionals winner to cook up seafood specialities at Spalding’s Fratelli cafe

A champion TV chef will be preparing his seafood specialities for one night only at a town restaurant.

Daniel Araritei, a winner on Channel 4’s Come Dine With Me: The Professionals, will be in the kitchen at Spalding’s Fratelli cafe tomorrow (Friday, April 11).

“Known for his incredible flavours and passion for creating unforgettable dishes, Chef Daniel is bringing something special to our kitchen,” the cafe said in a statement.

“He will be at our cafe from 5pm to 10pm; We cannot wait to see you all.”

Daniel has more than 15 years of experience in some of Essex’s top restaurants and will be working with fresh seafood, sourced personally from Billingsgate Market.

“It would be a pleasure to cook for you and your friends - expect incredible flavors, expertly crafted dishes, and a dining experience you won’t want to miss,” Dan said.

Customers - who are asked to book a table - will have to bring their own alcohol, but soft drinks and coffee will be available available.
