Do you live on one of South Holland's most expensive streets?




Properties in our area have increased in value by more than £60,000 over the last year.

This is according to data released by Varbes, which points out the streets in South Holland that bring in the most cash - or cost buyers the most to get their hands on.

According to the firm's figures - using information from HM Land Registry and property sale data - the average home in South Holland added £60,329 in value over the last year, which is higher than the national average of £48,729.

House prices in our area have increased by 84.8% over the past ten years, which is more than 10% higher than the national average of 73%.

The figures show that in November, the average price of a property in the area was about £386,940 - while nationally housemovers were shelling out an average of about £561,655 for their homes.
