Five accused of hare coursing in Holbeach St Marks are due in Boston Magistrates Court
Four men and a teenager accused of hare coursing will be appearing in court tomorrow (Wednesday, April 9).
The four adults and a 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are accused being equipped for searching for or pursuing hares with dogs in Holbeach St Marks on October 10 last year.
They are due in Boston Magistrates’ Court.
A statement on Lincolnshire Police website says: “It is alleged that Elijah King, 20, Joseph King, 41, both of Teston Road, Offham, West Malling, Kent, Charles Lee, 41, of Polhill, Halstead, Sevenoaks, Elijah Moore, 43, of Stonehurst Lane, Hadlow Down, East Sussex, and a 15-year-old boy who can’t be named due to his age were at Holbeach St Marks, on 10 October last year, with equipment that would be used in the course of or in connection with an offence of trespass with intent to search for or pursue hares with dogs.”
