Sutterton Truck Port opens: 24/7 Starbucks, Budgens and filling station - McDonald's and dedicated HGV services in pipeline
A 24/7 Starbucks coffee shop and drive-thru, Budgens supermarket and filling station opened at the £6.5million Shell Sutterton Truck Port on Thursday.
In the pipeline for September are a McDonald's restaurant and drive-thru and the area's first dedicated services for lorry drivers.
Overall, the development is expected to create 65 jobs.
The Truck Stop will include a secure, 57-bay lorry park, fast-fuelling pumps with emissions-reducing AdBlue alongside, showers, a rest room, TV, shop and even a barber's.

The petrol filling station is the ninth opened by AKV Services and its Peterborough-based managing director Puvanasingham Vaseeharan - known as Vasi - has had his eye on the site for some years.
Vasi said: "This is one of the busiest roundabouts in Lincolnshire."
The roundabout sits where the A16 and A17 meet, and it's busy with commuter traffic, holidaymakers heading to Skegness or Hunstanton, and thousands of trucks serving south Lincolnshire's multi-million-pound food industry.
Kavita, from Starbucks franchisee KBeverage, based in Norwich, is pleased to see the opening of their 13th branch.
She said: "Because it's quite a busy roundabout, we hope we will see lots customers around here and give them the best Starbucks experience."
Next to Starbucks is the light and airy Budgens store, where customers can buy a wide array of supermarket goods as well as pay for fuel.
Lincoln-based Lindum Construction broke ground last summer and development manager Mitul Shah says the finishing touches to the Truck Stop area will be made at the end of July.
Pro-Petro Ltd directors James Townsend and Mark Stanojevic say the Truck Stop is the real heart of the development.
James said the idea came from South Holland District Council's economic development department because of the huge numbers of HGVs serving the food industry.
He said: "Drivers from Poland, Portugal and Spain arrive at Wardentree Lane and there's no facilities - no toilets, no showers, nothing."
As well as providing home comforts to lorry drivers, the secure site will bring peace of mind.
Security measures include all-round fencing, CCTV cameras and ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) cameras.
Drivers sleeping in roadside pull-ins are frequently targeted by thieves, who have made off with goods and fuel worth thousands.
Sutterton Truck Port is also expected to boost road safety by taking scores of lorries out of laybys and side roads.
