Menopause event to take place at The Coffee Lounge, Holbeach

A new event which is set to offer support and advice to women going through the menopause will take place next month.

Sharing her personal experiences, Cath Carter of Holbeach, has organised the free event to take place on Thursday, May 1.

The Menopause Chat evening will be held at The Coffee Lounge on High Street from 5.30pm and will be attended by nurse Sarah Hornby, who will offer her knowledge and advice to those who attend.

Cath was inspired to create the event following her own menopause journey and hopes to spread awareness and support.

Women of all ages are welcome to attend.
