New Spalding registration office now taking bookings

Spalding's registration office will be re-located to South Holland District Council's offices on Priory Road from Thursday, December 12.

Bookings for services and appointments from this date onwards at this site are now being taken.

Appointments will continue at the current Bath Road site until Saturday, December 7.

Lincolnshire County Council business services manager for registration and celebratory services Julie Waller said: "We're really pleased with how the new office is coming along and when complete, it will offer improved and more accessible facilities, alongside other council services offered by South Holland District Council.

"We're looking forward to offering a warm welcome to Spalding residents, along with our same excellent levels of customer service when they visit us for appointments and services at our new location."

South Holland District Council executive director for commercialisation Christine Marshall said: "We're delighted to have Lincolnshire County Council's registration service move to Priory Road. This further cements our ambition to turn our Priory Road offices into a one-stop-shop for our residents.

“We already have a good working relationship with the Department of Work and Pensions and Citizens Advice who already occupy the building and we look forward to developing our relationship with the county council further over the coming months and years."
