Steadfast Training Limited moves to new Pinchbeck home

An educational training business, which started in a Cowbit bedroom 13 years ago, has moved into smart new premises in Pinchbeck.

Steadfast Training Ltd is owned by Jason Parnell, who started the business with a friend after both had graduated - Jason studied at the renowned Nottingham Business School, part of Nottingham Trent University.

The entrepreneur, who grew up in Crowland and attended Spalding Grammar School, took sole control of the business in 2013 and the move to Enterprise Way has meant the creation of eight new jobs across the business.

Jason (38) said: “I’m very proud to open our new state of the art office and of the hard work the whole team has undertaken to make it possible.

"The unit had been empty for six years, so it was great to finally move into our new home, which we acquired in May."

Steadfast employs 60 people and has contracts with the Education & Skills Funding Agency, Department of Work and Pensions and the NHS, in addition to working with companies all over the country.

They aim to deliver quality vocational training, including apprenticeships and diplomas and they work with the Skills Funding Agency and the National Apprenticeship Service and other funding services.

And Steadfast recently became one of only six organisations nationally to be admitted into membership of the Chartered Institution of Further Education and they also hold full Matrix Accreditation for Information Advice & Guidance.

The company moved from its office at Welland House, on High Street, overlooking the river.
