Elsea Park in Bourne on Google Maps Street View

The wait is finally over for residents eager to sneak a peak of their house on Google Maps.

For years, streets in the Bourne Elsea Park development have not been included on Google Maps Street View.

Since 2001, hundreds of properties have been built at the site but until now, only a few streets have been visited by the Google van.

When the streets were searched for, instead the image showed the field that was there before or even, nothing at all despite houses being there for years.

However that has now changed.

In August, a Google Maps van drove around Elsea Park so the previously forgotten about streets are now on the map.

We take a look at what some of the streets looked like in 2009 compared to now in 2022.
