Restaurants, bars and cafés in Lincolnshire given 0, 1 or 2 food hygiene ratings so far in 2025

Food hygiene inspectors have ordered improvements at more than 20 eateries since the beginning of the year.

When choosing somewhere to eat, it’s important to know you are in safe and clean hands.

This is why every few years inspectors make unannounced visits to ensure eateries are operating to an acceptable standard.

The food hygiene ratings range from zero to five, with five meaning standards are very good and fully comply with the law.

Zero is at the bottom of the scale and means urgent improvement is necessary. Both one and two ratings also mean changes must take place.
