EweMove in Stamford and Spalding win ‘Best National Sales Agency’ and ‘Best National Lettings Agency’ at EA Masters event

Two estate agents are celebrating their firm having been recognised as one of the best in sales and lettings in the country.

Sophie Harker and Sarah Chilvers, who run EweMove in Stamford and Spalding, were delighted to be part of the team presented with the awards for ‘Best National Sales Agency’ and ‘Best National Lettings Agency’ at the recent EA Masters event.

Thousands had entered, adding to Sophie and Sarah’s excitement at coming out on top.

Sophie said: “Winning these awards shows the level of customer care we provide our clients whether it’s sales or lettings. We were independently judged on our property marketing, customer service and results during a data analysis project and a large-scale mystery shopping exercise.”

EweMove is also consistently riding high in the review site Trustpilot’s estate agency league table, with reviews from buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Sophie puts that down to “going the extra mile to ensure our clients are happy”.

She added: “I’m proud to be part of a company that places the client’s happiness at the centre of everything it does.”

Commenting on the local property market, Sophie said: “Despite the challenges of this year, the market is very active with lots of demand from buyers whose needs have changed over the past few months or people wanting to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday.

“We have adapted our ways of working to ensure that everything we do follows the Government’s safety guidelines.”
