Billingborough dog trainer Lucy Heath and little sidekick Trip Hazard impressed in the final of Britain’s Got Talent but missed out on ultimate victory.

Lucy, 30, and little Pomeranian-Maltese cross Trip Hazard were put through to tonight’s (Saturday’s) final on ITV with a public ‘wildcard’.

The duo completed a superhero themed routine.

“Whatever happens tonight you are at my house next week to sort out my lot,” said judge Simon Cowell, who has a couple of pet pooches himself.

David Walliams added: “I think you have got a really good chance tonight.”

Meanwhile, Amanda Holden said it was ‘a perfect performance’.

And Alisha Dixon declared: “Trip Hazard is a superhero.” She said the pair had ‘smashed it’.
