The group fitness studios will offer classes hosted by instructors, including workouts only available at Equilibrium Clubs.

The Cycle Studio will feature IC6 bikes, combined with dynamic lighting and sound for “an immersive and tech-driven experience using leader board gaming”.

The Mind and Body Studio will be used for yoga, core and stretch classes.

Equilibrium’s HIIT Studio will have adaptive lighting and sound, and heart rate monitoring technology designed to help people track their fitness.

Daniel Cragg , director of Equilibrium, said: “The club will offer the local community an experience like no other.

“We take an integrative approach to fitness, incorporating our knowledge of strength training, cardio, flexibility and recovery to help people reach their goals both inside and outside the club.”

There is also a café and shop within the gym.

The 7,857 sq ft building’s design has been created by the Equilibrium design team in partnership with Forest Commercial Services and Stamford-based RT Architects.

Equilibrium launched in 2010 in Grantham, and is looking to expand to further locations soon.

The Ketton club will employ 10 staff with a plan to expand and create additional jobs.
