Bourne Town host Birstall in the United Counties League
Manager Michael Goode is urging his Bourne Town side to keep turning up the pressure at the top of the United Counties League Division One table.
The table-topping Wakes currently have a nine-point advantage over second-placed Clipstone who have a game in hand on the leaders.
The Mansfield side inflicted the first defeat of the season on Bourne three weeks ago but the Wakes have bounced back with successive league wins.
They beat Radford a fortnight ago before returning home victorious last weekend from their trip to Lutterworth Athletic.
Clipstone were beaten by third-placed Newark Town in their next league match after beating Bourne before being held to a home draw by Clifton All Whites at the weekend.
Wakes boss Goode said: "Clipstone beat us fair and square a couple of weeks ago but the only way to respond to that is to win your next games and put pressure on them.
"That has told because, since they beat us, they lost at Newark and then dropped points again at the weekend but there are no easy games in this division.
"We're not looking any further than this Saturday and just need to keep ploughing on and collecting our own three points."
Bourne are back in action at the JJ Mac Stadium on Saturday when they host sixth-placed Birstall United.
The Wakes won 2-1 in the reverse fixture in Leicestershire at the end of September thanks to goals from Jake Sansby and James Hill-Seekings.
They will now be looking to complete a league double over a Birstall side who have only won one of their last four games after reaching the play-off final last season.
Goode said: "We've got a funny run of games coming up because Birstall are not a bad side but Blackstones made them look very ordinary a few weeks ago.
"They then lost to West Bridgford last weekend who hadn't been getting many results and then we've got them next weekend.
"We've just to keep concentrating on ourselves and see where that takes us."
The Wakes should have a full-strength squad to choose from.
